In Japanese too, 「たんと」 [tanto] means "a lot "
「たんとお食べ」 [tanto otabe] means "please eat a lot."
It may be "Mangia tanto" in Italian ?
"tanto" in Italian changes like: tanto, tanta, tanti, tante.
But たんと [tanto] in Japanese does not.
